What we provide
At Westvale Home Care, we provide a bespoke service tailored to the individual needs of our customers. Our highest priority is to ensure customer independence in a way that their dignity and privacy are maintained, and respect is given whilst providing care in their home.
We provide all aspects of daily living including but not limited to:
May include supporting with daily routines of bathing, personal grooming and personal hygiene.
To include supporting/ administering medication and ordering & collection of medication.
Aiding hydration and nutritional needs including meal preparation, cooking and serving.
Support with light domestic duties to include, dusting and vacuuming, changing bed linen, all laundry requirements, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, sweeping and mopping floors and emptying bins.
We can help to compile a shopping list, assist to access shops, unpack, put away and organise shopping.
Assistance with accessing the community for social reasons, such as going for a walk, going to a day care centre, attending church, visiting family and support attending medical appointments.
Returning Home Support
Whether you have been in hospital, respite or are new to us; Westvale Home Care are able to support helping you to get home. This may include; property preparation for new equipment, cleaning, grocery shopping, contacting pharmacies and organising bills.
Westvale Home Care are advocates for combating loneliness. We offer bespoke packages of care to our customers, as well as an optional telephone service in addition to their home care visits.
The telephone calls can last up to 15 minutes and offer the opportunity for a friendly chat about your day.
In our personal bid to help combat loneliness, we offer this as a free of charge service for customers in receipt of our care.
